To support young national talents and bridge the gap between academic education and the industrial sector, Engineer Mohammad Ayman Al-Mawlawi, Chairman of the Damascus and Countryside Chamber of Industry, along with several chamber board members, visited the textile education and training pavilion of the Technical Institute for Textile Industries in the Qaboun area. This visit took place on the sidelines of the Syria International Textile Exhibition "NasTex 2026".During his tour of the pavilion, Engineer Al-Mawlawi reviewed an outstanding selection of graduation projects presented by the institute's students. These projects covered the four main departments: Spinning, Weaving, Textile Chemistry, and Garments. He listened to detailed explanations from both students and supervising professors regarding the innovative ideas presented and the mechanisms to convert them into actual production plans.The institute's pavilion management explained that the participating projects were selected with ultimate care to represent elite, directly applicable solutions for Syrian factories and industrial facilities. The management emphasized that the primary goal of this participation is to offer creative ideas and practical solutions to businessmen and industrialists. This proves the ability of young local talents to innovate when provided with proper support. Furthermore, the management called on the business sector to secure real job opportunities that embrace these capabilities, stressing the institute's full readiness for fruitful cooperation and building strategic partnerships that serve the national industry
