The Department of Administrative and Financial Sciences organized an informational and practical field visit to several companies and industrial facilities in Adra Industrial City. The visit aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and real-world application, while enhancing the skills of student trainees through direct exposure to the actual work environment within production lines.The tour provided an extensive, hands-on overview of the administrative and accounting systems in place, as well as the advanced operational mechanisms utilized within these companies. This experience directly contributes to raising students' efficiency, fully preparing them for the labor market, and achieving the desired training integration between the educational process and practical reality
