Under the auspices of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hama Chamber of Industry, Mr. Asaad Kajoun, and in the presence of the Chamber's Director General, Mr. Abdul Aziz Ourabi, a Memorandum of Understanding and joint cooperation was signed between the Training and Qualification Center at the Hama Chamber of Industry and the Sanad Youth Foundation.The Training and Qualification Center was represented by the Center's Director, Dr. Ahmed Kurdi, while the Sanad Youth Foundation was represented by the Director of the Central Region, Mr. Hazem Al-Khateeb. The signing ceremony was also attended by the Director of Training Programs and Projects at the Center, Eng. Haitham Al-Qatranji.Objectives of this partnership to serve the local and industrial community:Human Resource Development: Enhancing the efficiency of cadres and providing an integrated training environment that links theoretical knowledge with practical application.Trainee Support and Employment: Activating joint employment channels to secure job opportunities for graduates and connecting competencies with labor market requirements.Logistial Support for Study and Work: Providing equipped spaces for studying, reading, and remote work at nominal prices with special advantages.Realistic Solutions for Facilities: Organizing workshops and field studies aimed at analyzing and solving technical and administrative problems facing some industrial facilities.This step reflects the vision of the Hama Chamber of Industry in building real and fruitful partnerships that contribute to supporting the wheel of production and qualifying a generation capable of keeping pace with the requirements of sustainable development in Hama Governorate
