Important Official Circular: New Registration Requirements for First and Excellent Classes in the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Commerce
Based on the directives of the Deputy Minister of Economy and the President of the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Commerce, please strictly adhere to the requirements issued by the Ministry regarding the registers of the First and Excellent classes, in accordance with the following regulations:

Registration of labor in social insurance.

Existence of an appropriate bank balance.

Availability of capital according to the approved instructions.

Attaching a bank statement proving that the facility / shop / company is active and exists on the ground.
Please comply with this starting from this date. No class shall be granted until full verification of compliance with all the conditions mentioned above is completed.
It is emphasized that any violation or bypass of these instructions will result in the necessary legal actions taken against it.
