The activities of the training course on Human Resources Management, held in cooperation between the Daraa Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Ruya Association, continued today, Saturday.During the first day’s sessions, trainer Diala Al-Mufalani introduced Human Resources Management, defining it as the art of acquiring, developing, and retaining a specialized workforce in ways that achieve the objectives and functions of the requesting entity with maximum efficiency. She focused on the importance and functions of HR management, job analysis and description, as well as the uses, benefits, and stages of job analysis.In the second day’s sessions, she presented the definition of recruitment, its methods, sources, advantages, and the disadvantages of each source. She also covered recruitment steps, resumes (CVs), and types of employment tests.The third day’s sessions were dedicated to job interviews, the steps for conducting them, interview questions and their objectives, alongside the importance of performance appraisal, its methods, and common appraisal errors.It is worth noting that this three-day training course will continue for an additional two days (every Saturday). This marks the third course held at the Training and Qualification Center at the headquarters of the Daraa Chamber of Commerce and Industry in cooperation with the Ruya Association. All these courses aim to train and qualify youth to enable them to secure job opportunities in various fields, particularly in economic activities, including commercial and industrial sectors, among others
